  A special event is an event that is not done on a regular basis. This type of event requieres more planning. For example, Are you having food for sale? Are you having a raffle to raise funds? Are you having a Holy Hour? Would you like Father Rick to be present? Will you need a backup plan in case something happens? What's the goal of you event? Are you using more than one facility? Will you need additional time to set up for everything?
  
  Tenga en cuenta. Si se trata de un evento especial, se debe enviar o entregar a la oficina una explicación detallada y por escrito de su evento junto con esta solicitud.
